Stomach cleaning
Nowadays stomach is not getting cleaned in one shot . My daily routine is wake up 6 drink 1 litre warm black salt water , fresh after 1 hour , lunch at 9 4 to 5 roti + sabji , fruit at evening almond raisin as well in morning or evening dinner at 6 , please suggest

You are not eating at a regular pace. As well giver intake is less in your diet. Add proper amount of fibre rich food at every 2-3 hourly. Water you can also add. Detox water will help you more. Add 1/2 tsp roasted saunf after your each meal, that will help you for better digestion.
