Need to rule out diabetes, obesity(BMI more than 25), deranged lipid profile.
Next Steps
Start aerobic exercise at least 30 minutes a day. No alcohol, and oily food. Also avoid excessive sweets in a diet. Have more and more fiber rich diet(fruits, vegetables, salads).
