Hi Thanx for reaching out. Your  symptoms suggest gastrointestinal issues, likely due to acidity, gastritis, or indigestion.Do you have any investigational finding of fatty liver ?? that may also contribute to these symptoms.
Next Steps
Medication: Take an antacid like pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast for 7-10 days (after consulting a doctor). 2. Lifestyle and Diet Changes: Avoid spicy, fried, and oily foods. Eat smaller, more frequent meals. Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeinated or carbonated beverages. 3. Tests: Abdominal ultrasound to evaluate fatty liver and rule out other causes. H. pylori test (breath or stool) to check for infection causing gastritis. Liver function tests (LFT) to assess the liver’s health. 4. Consultation: gastroenterologist for a complete evaluation and tailored treatment.
Health Tips
If the pain worsens, or you experience vomiting, dark stools, or persistent symptoms, seek urgent medical attention. Limit alcohol, smoking, and fatty foods, as they can worsen both liver and stomach health.

Try ginger tea, chamomile tea, or fennel seeds, eat smaller meals, avoid spicy and fatty foods, drink plenty of water, and apply a warm compress to the stomach to help alleviate indigestion symptoms.
