Stomach pain & Acidity
After have alcohol next day I have acidity also I have been drinking for more than an year now and I have slight pain or discomfort most of time in my upper left abdomen. Also I get bad acidity most of days especially after drinking. Should I go for an ultrasound but it's not unmanageable or should I take some medicine please guide.

Might be pancreatitis issue or Gastroenteritis. Do atleast amylase and lipase test along with usg Upper abdomen.
Take Pantop 40 MG po BD
Tab drotin ds po bd all for 3 days.

Get an ultrasound and blood work done. Maybe there is some issue with the liver. Or there is a gastric ulcer. Needs evaluation.
