Healthy evening, During exercise, blood flows away from your gut towards larger working muscles. The problem is that inadequate hydration affects the volume of blood pumping through your body , which can exacerbate any GI distress and gut immobility you may experience, thus ultimately lead to stomach ache after working out .

Hi Good afternoon, I’m sorry to hear that you are in pain. Total body weight loss will help in reducing your belly fat. If the pain is severe and it persists longer, talk to a doctor. If you are trying to do exercises, start with walking. Consult a fitness trainer for an exercise routine to avoid such injury.

Hi, Better is to start with mild walk for weight loss, later on you can try to reduce belly fat. Walk or any cardio exercise like cycling dancing/zumba/running etc will be a good option. If pain is excess better is to go for a physical check up. For weight loss ans belly fat reduction you can continue with cardio expecises followed by high fibre and moderate protein rich meal
