Stop the blood thinner medicine
My ptca done in 2020, I will continue those medicines till the date, recently I have a problem in teeth, I went to dentist, he said infection in the teeth , pick the teeth, so stop the blood thinner medicine for 5 days, and I consult the cardiologist he said Max 2 days, what to do ?

You talk to your cardiologist and dentist and plan accordingly. Blood thinners like clopidogrel have to be stopped 5 days before an elective surgery while it is 2 days for drugs like aspirin.
