Well lit room. Light source should be from behind While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. consult sos

Adequate lighting is ambient light, where the amount of light is not too low and not to high. Source of light should be behind the user and not hitting the eyes directly. Large screens with larger font is advisable. Follow 20-20-20 rule while using screens Take frequent breaks from near work

Light around you should be optimum , not so dark and not very bright. Screen bright shoul also be kept optimum.

Light should come from behind. It should be optimum.After every 20 minutes,see the distant object for 20 sec.Blink frequently. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
