After using laptop for more than 5 to 6 hours daily for one month, I started feeling drowsiness and strain in my eye. After check up it was found weak eye muscles, I did three months exercise prescribed by the doctor, but after 6 month I perpetually feel strain after reading books or using screen. Should I do regular eye muscles exercise or what should I do?

Yes continue eye muscle exercise.
while working on screen, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Blink more often.
