Strep throat issues
My daughter has strep throat and has been on amoxicillin for about 4 days now. This morning she woke up with even worse symptoms after she has been getting better. Her thoat hurts more than it did before she was diagnosed and has two canker sore looking things that weren't there previously. Should I take her to urgent care?

If throat pain (probably acute pharyngo-tonsillitis) is not responding after antibiotics then she may need to evaluated further. She needs to be examined by specialist to rule out any other causes of throat pain
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
