Actually I am having lot of stress of
everything. So much fear like huge buildings and climbing different steps and seeing down. Riding scooty. Having anxiety disorder and childish behaviour. Could not able to talk in public open spaces could to able to express myself. Currently medication are citalin and quickness tablets.. frequently chest tightness and head shaking nowadays happening a lot. Confusing about signs and symbols of patterns. Losing memory power and could not concentrate properly. Having allergic rhinitis. Suddenly my mood changes a lot and so much sensitivity. If i help other people i will trouble with them. I have no friends because of childish behaviour. I could not able to be maturity.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately
