I m in very deep stres bcz of my breakup.
I cant sleep straight 1 hours.somthing hitting my mind very hard. in sleep i feel like i m falling from a mountain or going to die also i fell cramp in my body parts during sleep.a sudden pain in my mind n body. Memories trying to kill me.
I m surround by the memories of that person.
Behaviour of that person abusing behaviour of that person.my hand automatically tries to pull my hairs during sleep. I cant sleep bcz of these thing .im afraid to sleep.
