Hi, I understand your concern to lose the belly fat but it is very important to understand that along with the diet exercise is also important. Also, fat loss takes place overall and not from a particular spot on the body. Combination of aerobic exercise with core strengthening exercises and diet modifications will help in losing the belly fat. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medications, medical conditions if any, stress, sleep, eating habits etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be of help - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, meals & exercise 2. Ensure intake of two fruits through the day preferably mid meals 3. Incorporate protein rich foods in every meal such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low-fat dairy, non-veg etc. 4. Salads, soups, stir fried vegetables to be incorporated as they are high in fiber 5. Exercise for 45 minutes daily. A combination of aerobic exercise and core strengthening exercises are helpful 6. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily 7. Avoid sugar, sweets, processed, packaged, fried, foods etc
