I have been gaining so much weight since last few months even though my diet and exercise are normal as before. Specifically before 4-5 days my period starts. My left leg is swollen when I sit for 1 hr in ac and starts paining. My period are regular but delayed by 2-3 days sometimes. Should I go for some blood test? Please suggest.
