Try to reduce oil in Home made food.drink 200 ml of water before every meal.specially lunch and dinner.if she is not able to do anything then do only walking atleast home for 30 mins.
She will need lifestyle change as most important but she will also need a graded exercise program for step by step progression starting from low intensity to high intensity. Consult a sports physician & nutritionist together

First of all she should start start focusing on fatty liver. Fatty liver also leads to obesity sometimes. Metabolic rate go slow due to fatty liver. For that ahe can start with mild walk followed by high fibre diet. Rest you can share the report and her complete dietary routine to start a proper plan.
Namaste, Fatty liver grade 1 is reversible. Her changing hormones and medications would have caused her to gain belly fat. Lifestyle and diet changes will be required to be implemented soon so that she doesn't get other issues associated to this. Pls take an appointment for detailed plan and how to implement the changes.
Hi
Good evening!
Some medicines for depression and anxiety can cause weight gain. Talk to the doctor and see, or consult a psychologist.
Grade 1 fatty liver can be easily reversed with diet. However, it is good to increase her exercise levels slowly. Please work with a trainer for a month, to get her into an exercise regimen. Start with walking for 5-10 mins everyday.
For larger belly, here are some general tips: (since I do not know her current dietary pattern)
1. Focus on getting 7-8 hours of sound sleep
2. Include fruits and vegetables everyday
3. Reduce eating excess salt, sugar and oil.
4. Drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day.
I would recommend getting a personalised nutrition plan for her, due to other health issues.
Exercise and eating a nutritious diet are two integral parts of keeping healthy . Please book an appointment for an individualistic plan .
Starting an easy exercise plan is very much needed , maybe a simple walk post meals to start with
