I have been diagnosed with depression and being treated with recipes 20mg and modalert 100mg.
My situation has improved a little but not a lot.
Need suggestion on how I can improve my state.

Hello, if your diagnosis is correct and you didn't get much relief with these medications then your treatment has to be modified accordingly but for that detail history and evaluation is required. All the best

Discuss with your treating psychiatrist or take second opinion from another psychiatrist nearby or online so that detail discussion and evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be modified. Don't worry with right treatment depression can be treated easily.
