Sun exposure
I have pale skin. i have iron deficiency anemia n m working on it through diet n medications. But my query is how should one take sunlight given its necessary for vitamin d and lack of exposure todun can also cause pale skin...should one apply sunscreen n then take it on face or what. n also how much time n on what time shud it be teken. Ps i dont wanna get tanned also

Plz send ur cbc,vit D3 along with other investigations if carried out by u ,ur in teenager age of 19 hence may be due to some hormonal changes in ur body

it is better to consult dermatologist ,take planty of fluids, fiber diet and avoid all kind of lotions
