I have sun spots which I have checked with doctors and they say this could be Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis where there is no cause and no known treatments. Kindly advise. Currently I have this issue in both my hands behind palms and few places on legs

Hello dear. IGH is usually seen in the elderly. These spots could be vitiligo also.
We can try with vitiligo treatment and see if it responds. Otherwise, there is always biopsy option.
