U can take natural form of omega 3fatty acid like foax seed,walnut,almond ,canola oil ,etc for more information contact me for detailed conversation through practo u will get good results definately.

It totally depends whether you are severely deficient in particular nutrient or not, If not then there is no need to take supplements. Root cause of bloating needed to be known whether supplement is causing it or something else.

instead fish oil capsules you can have 4 soaked almonds, 2 walnuts, 1 Tsp flaxseed and 1 Tsp chia seeds these can itself sufficiently meet your RDS for omega 3. For bloating chew fennel seeds 1 Tsp after every meal and have fennel seed water in the morning.

Flaxseed should not exceed more than 1 Tsp in a day.

Try vegan omega 3 supplements which make help to reduce bloating . Drink good amount of water post supplement. Take minimum dosage at the beginning to improve the tolerance level Consult a nutritionist to know qualified & safe brand to consume
