If you do not have any disease condition have regular balanced food which should be seasonal, regional, according to your culture and cuisine
Consciously have more home cooked food, include antioxidant rich foods like green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, and vegetables avoid ultra processed packaged food, ready to eat foods, bakery products. Sound sleep of 7 to 8 hrs is very important,keep your stress in check by doing some meditation and yoga and atleast 1/2 hr of moderate intensity exercise every day this is all about prevention
