Hi,
I was playing badminton and my ankle got twisted at a mild/slow pace, resulted into sprain.
Next day it swelled and after 3-4 days it started to become normal, swelling decreased.
After 4 days, I played TT, and put pressure on my foot and it started again paining and got sprain again.
I didn't use any medicine or gel on the effected area.
Now a week later, I am thinking should I consult a doctor.
Is it something serious or do I need to just rest to cure from the sprain?

Ankle sprain needs 4-6weeks of rigid immobilisation with a case or slab.
Do not ignore injury now, as you may be left with swelling and pain if no treatment is taken.
Next Steps
Get x-rays done to rule out fracture .
Apply ice packs locally.
