I have slight throat ache along with indigestion/ acidity problem. I am feeling like lump or something stuck in throat. Can it be throat cancer?? As i was smoking occasionally. It can also be GERD problem. How to make sure that it is not any throat cancer problem. Please guide further in detail.

Actually u are not in the age group whr throat pain is suspected to be cancer... Occasional smoking is a risk factor but unlikely to be anything. As u said most likely it is due to the acidity issue that u have the lump in the throat feeling.. Take antacids for 2 weeks and see the results. If persistent then better to get examined just as a precaution... But in my opinion it is unlikely to be a cancer
