Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Throat irritation and chills can be indicative of various conditions. Here are some general precautions you can take: Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, herbal tea, or warm broth, to soothe your throat and stay hydrated. Rest: Give your body adequate rest to help it recover from illness. Avoid strenuous activities. Warm Salt Gargle: Gargling with warm salt water can help soothe a sore throat. Mix about half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water. Use a Humidifier: Adding moisture to the air with a humidifier can alleviate throat irritation, especially in dry environments. Lozenges or Hard Candy: Sucking on throat lozenges or hard candy can temporarily relieve throat irritation. Over-the-Counter Remedies: Consider over-the-counter medications like throat sprays or pain relievers, following the recommended dosage. Warm Compress: Applying a warm compress to your neck may help reduce discomfort. However, if your symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by other concerning signs, it's crucial to consult with me for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Throat irritation and chills could be symptoms of various conditions, including viral or bacterial infections, and a doctor can provide appropriate guidance based on your specific situation.
