Thyroid problems, weight gain
I am a 36 year old female. Last March my thyroid was .61 and this year it was .47. I have gained 20 pounds in 1 year. Is this normal results??

Dear, Parameters doesn't matter... Actually Matter How you feel from Neck side (Thyroid gland ).If you getting pain  then some problem is exist . Otherwise there is no Issue

Follow high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's Eat less and exercise more Eat in small quantity
