Thyroid weight loss issue
I have hypothyroidism , my weight gains continuously , I have gained 20 kgs weight , I don't have energy to workout also, my food intake is also not heavy, is there any way to loose weight naturally without diet and workout

Change in life style DIET exercise is must Full thyroid hormone assessment. PLENTY of liquid n liquid. Light diet. No miss of medicine. You say u r unable to work out, so who next do work out n you get result is it possible. Try hard otherwise it's very difficult to get rid of increase weight. There is no medicine as such for weight reduction. Yes inj available they r very costly n with side effects.

Cheak thyroid tests and then take medicines for it. Blood for TSH and T4 and anti TPO antibody. Otherwise weight will gradually increase  ...no diet and no exercise without medicine for thyroid can solve your problem
