TLC 12400 and esr-high 70
My TLC 12400 and ESR is 70, my urine test is normal and I am totally fine, doctors recommend me antibiotics tablets for 4 days, Is really necessary for me?

Yes. You do need to do something about the abnormal tests. The elevated counts and ESR does indicate an infection but the source needs to be identified. A few more tests and a complete physical examination may guide the plan of management. This would help in choosing the appropriate antibiotics to treat the infection. If your Physician has done the relevant invetigations and examined you thoroughly, then please follow the advice of taking the medications
