Tonsil problem
I think i can see some irregular shape on my right tonsil for past one week ... my tonsils are not very inflammed ... i can send pictures ... its like an mouth ulcer but not white like an ulcer and a very mild sore throat ... i have fluid behind my ear drum since last one month and it is reducing slowly

Irregular shaped lesion the tonsil needs to be evaluated further. Kindly send the photos of the lesion or consult nearby ENT specialist in person for confirmation of diagnosis
