I hve started getting holes in my tonsils is it normal they wer a few now it's bcm more ... Shd I remv my tonsils?

Those are normal structures called tonsillar crypts. Do not worry about them. Just maintain good oral hygiene. You will need surgery only if you have recurrent infections.
