Too much of pressure
I m facing too much of pressure in life. It's that much high that I have decided to end my life. I couldn't sleep in the night from last couple of months.

These pressures are obstacles in your life. It has been seen scientifically that challenges and obstacles make us grow when we face them, think creatively and find solutions. Once we grow the challenges look small in front of us. So if you are having a lot of problems it's an opportunity for you to grow in life. You should take the help of a professional to do so.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
