You can take painkillers to delay the treatment procedure.  It's a temporary solution plus it has adverse body effects. Please consult to a dentist on call or walk in appointments for better treatment plan which includes antibiotics plus painkillers.
Next Steps
Next step should be an appointment with a dentist and talk about your pain. So that the cause of the problem will be diagnosed 🦷
Health Tips
Painkillers are not helpful in resolving inflammation or infection.

Ketorol DT is used for severe pain only & not more than 5-7days as it has side effects.. it also interacts with other drugs.. it has altered actions with abnormal physical conditions..    It should be taken with antibiotics because pain killer doesn't resolve the infection...
Next Steps
visit dentist for proper diagnosis & treatment.. suppressing the symptoms will harm d teeth & surrounding gum & bone..will further complicate the disease  & treatment

You also need to take antibiotics to reduce infection and also treatment needs to be done. Postponing treatment will just increase the severity of the disease leading to tooth loss. Also the cost of treatment increases.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray followed by treatment.

Ketoral dt will give relief only for 3-4 hrs and also it should be taken along with Pan 40. As the pain increases, it shows caries with severe infection. It is better to visit the dentist take an IOPA xray and proceed with RCT treatment ( followed by crown)or extraction (followed by implant  or FPD), whichever needed for you. If possible you can save the tooth. You need to start with antibiotics ( if no health issues) after that only pain will subside.
Next Steps
Visit dentist immediately to avoid futher problems
Health Tips
Avoid gargling with hot water, chewing that side. Hope this helps you
