Since the kids is 4year old and it is a milk teeth and till the permanent tooth come it has to be retained if filling doesn't require a pulpectomy and the filling is repeatedly falling of you can put a crown on the teeth ,just evaluate with an x-ray before going ahead with crown this is my advise ,
