Immediate application of Colgate pain out gel at the region of pain and 1 tablet of Diclomol will cover the pain for atleast 24 hrs. Within these 24 hrs u must visit the dentist to know abt the exact cause of pain. Causes of pain are numerous, but exact treatment can only be given after examination & diagnosis. Medication without prior examination is a mal practise we do in India.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for information regarding cause of pain & get an xray or OPG done.
Health Tips
Do not unnecessarily take antibiitics & pain killers, as they do interact with other diets u take in a day and may cause u serious damage. For example a pain killer like Diclofenac taken along with Alcohol causes gastric bleeding. So take medicines cautiously only after prescription from a doctor

You can take a combiflam tablet for now which will give temporary relief from pain. But will need antibiotics too, but it's better to start these medications after consulting the dentist
