Travelling during pregnancy
Hi i am planning to travel to kerala next week.i will be 30th week then.we are planning to go by train which takes exactly 9hrs and its overnight journey. Is it better to travel i flight?in flight it hardly takes 1hr

Ask yourself whether it is absolutely necessary to travel. My personal cut off is 24 weeks of pregnancy. However some superfemales manage to do so up to 34-35 weeks of pregnancy. If you have had an uneventful pregnancy without Hypertension, Hypothyroidism or DM it is probably safe. Flying seems more logical simply because the journey time will be drastically cut short. However you need to consider check -in time at the airport.
