TSH is 8 with T3 & T4 Normal

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi, I am 34 year old man i recently had my thyroid test done advised by dermatologist for hair fall on head and hair fall on my beard in a circular pattern which spreading. T3&T4 are in the range but TSH is 8. Please advise medication and diet to bring back my TSH value to normal. I am quiet often feel very tired with less sleep and weight loss
