Hi dr
I had 2 C section deliveries in 2017 Jan and 2018 Oct. I have put on weight and my back pain increased due to over weight. Am planning to start exercising with tummy trimmer abs. Is it okay use it for my spine which had epidural. Will it impact on internal scars in abdomen.
Help me with some tips

Before you proceed with exercises consult a gynecological practicing physiotherapist in person or online.

Since you have got two c sections in two years. So better to get their opinion to avoid any exercise induced complications
