Ulcers under the tongue,on floor of mout

Asked for Male, 63 Years

First, I m diognosed as OSMF III With white patches and bands inside the cheeks SUNKEN INSIDE CHEEKS . LOT OF BURNING SENSATION. LOT OF MOUTH WATERING. Burning sensation is increasing day by day. NOW unhealing ulcers on both LIPS and UNDER THE TONGUE ON THE FLOOR OF MOUTH . ULCERS ON THE TONGUE ARE PAINFUL. SINCE 5 MONTHS. DOCTORS SAY THIS MIGHT TURNED TO ORAL CANCER. BEING IN VILLAGE, I M UNABLE TO GO ORAL PATHOLOGIST.LOCKDOWN PREVENTS FROM Going anywhere. Kindly guide me and advise medications if any to cure.
