Hello Doctor,
I am unable to get muscle even if i eat accordingly. My height is 5'11 and weight is about 53Kg only. I am underweight according to BMI (16.7). Also i am not making enough muscle hence i look much thinner. Can you provide me some good and strong balanced dietary plans and how can i build muscle effectively? I don't want to go to gym hence i want to do it without any risky way.
