Urgent enqirey
Not eating anything, vomiting tendency, fever,not shitting. Keeps telling i will vomit. Medicine administered neopeptine, ondem and calpol. Please advise.

If oral intake is very poor then better to be hospitalized.till that u can give antiemetic and ORS for rehydration.

Can be viral gastritis of vomiting not controlled then may need hospitalisation
