Urgent: Seeking Remedies for High Fever
This is for a 30-year-old male who has a high fever, possibly around 102°F, and is experiencing shivering. He took Dolo 650, but it hasn't helped much. Please advise remedies for a cure.

Fever is a symptom, which requires further history taking and evaluation. It can be dengue, malaria etc..
However dosage of paracetmol is 15mg per kg body weight per dose, maximum 4 times per day.
