Vaginal pain during pregnancy

I am 18 week pregnant and having sharp vaginal pain mainly inside vagina or sometimes around vaginal bones while getting up and during turning sides while lying down. I did not have any intercourse since beginning of pregnancy. When I don't move then there is no pain. What can be the reason behind this.
