  4. Viral fever. Reason why it's repeating.

Viral fever
Hi I am getting severe body pain headache and mild fever. This is repeating again in a week. Did dengue malarai and cbc all looks negative but platelets is 120000. Doctor again suggested dolo tablet and Doxy tablet with rest. What could be the reason why it's repeating.
