Viral infection of my child
My 2 year old baby girl is suffering from fever since today..she had no symptoms of cold in the morning.. but when I came back from work she was having a high fever...I gave her paracetamol.but she is continuously crying..I m just wondering what to do..as I have no other help to go to peadiatrician. plz tell me what are the medication I should buy from medical store?

You have already given primary fever medicine, u don't have other choice than visiting nearby pediatrician
