Dear All Savers,
I have recently did my blood test for multiple tests, the major concern I feel is for B12 & D3, which is showing B12 = 198 & D = 10.55, please advise the solution to prevent this.

Hi
Start taking morning Sunday rays for 5 to 10 min for vitamin d and supliments too.
Include soy products and somebreakfast cereals and B12 supplements. Also take fortified foods, and some animal products.
