Hi Make sure to include  adequate  well balanced meal  with healthy food choices, first to avoid any kind of deficiency. Food Quality, Quantity,  Timing, food combinations, supplements  or medicines and nutrients interaction and many more things like age, lab reports,  matters a lot. So it is always better  to consult qualified  dietitian of your choice personally to get better solutions.
Health Tips
Animal protein is the only  source of Vitamin b12 through diet eg milk   curd,  fish, poultry etc For vit D , sunlight is free and most radially  available source. Butter, milk, egg yolk, some varieties of fish, some  fortified foods like oil are good sources of vit D.
