You will need Calcium and vitamin D supplements which will be prescribed by a general physician. For diet counselling, consult a dietician so that you can understand what kinds of food and lifestyle will help you recover faster.

Hi For VITAMIN D deficiency you need to take a supplement and vitamin D rich foods. Vitamin D rich foods alone cannot increase the vitamin D level, supplementation is required. For the symptoms like feeling weak I would recommend you to take a healthy balanced plan. I would recommend you to lose weight in a very healthy manner through a healthy diet plan. I make my clients lose weight with a healthy diet and not at the cost of your health. I work online globally so you can discuss further with me if want to. If you wanna discuss further you can opt for personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
