Vitamin D supplement
I had a health check up and my vit D came out to be critically low. Doctor prescribed me cod liver oil but I would like to know other good Vitamin D supplements available in the market. Please suggest

Injection arachitol 6L IU im single dose. Followed by D rise 60k soft gel once a week should help.
