You talk to your doctor about the oral supplements for vitD and vitamin B12 if injectable is not suiting you. Also sit in sunlight in between 11-12 pm to increase vitamin D ...if you eat non veg then include eggs, fish in your diet.

You can also take oral supplement for b12. However, vitamin D levels are pretty low hence, supplements are your first option. Please ask your treating doctor regarding the same. Rest, vit b12 can be obtained through non-vegetarian sources. Include these foods in your diet if you eat non-veg.
Next Steps
Get back to your doctor regarding supplement intake.

Hi! Avoid taking the injection, it’s probably not suiting you. You can take oral medication for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. Your B12 levels are not super low , so injections can’t be avoided due to your symptoms. Only supplementation will not help you keep your levels up, you must follow a healthy diet and other practices like sunlight exposure- which will support vitamin status and help to keep it at optimum level. A detailed assessment is necessary to give you a suitable diet plan that works
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, eat healthy. Consult on practo.com for further advice
Health Tips
Avoid injections, get a prescription for the oral medication for B12 supplement.
