Dear Practo user. Staying at home doesn't mean u r deficient..You can go to ur balcony and terrace to get adequate vitamin d.But if u r already deficient as per ur previous blood tests and not taken treatment it's good to start.. And if u r looking for boosting Immunity, it should b always good to take supplements in combination along with daily meals. If u r keen to take up a consultation for getting personalised advise on diet and supplement , conne me via practo or visit my page https://instagram.com/rm.nutrition4all Regards Dt.Remya
