Burp her after feeds.
Keep her slightly upright just after feeds.
40 day old babies can have reflux which usually doesn't require treatment.
Baby could also be colicky hence the disturbed sleep.try wearing your baby in a sling.move her in rhythmic movement.these things usually help .medicines don't have a big role to play..
Not pooping for 2 days is not a cause of concern.
There can be sleepless nights at this age.infact for the next 3 4 months.
Next Steps
if you have any persistent concern of course see a pediatrician in person
Regurgiation of milk is different from vomiting. Some amount of regurgitation is normal in a newborn baby. If the baby is peeing 6-8 times in a day, sleeping soundly and gaining weight, you don't need to worry much.
If the baby is not sleeping properly, she may not getting enough milk. It may be due to improper technique of feeding.
As far as pooping is concerned, a newbee can poop 20 times in a day, or she may not poop for 7 days, both are normal as long as baby is happy
