Vomiting bile after appendectomy

I vomit bile after I wake up if I don't sleep for less than six hours. I am also having less appetite. Please help

Had laparoscopic appendectomy 3 days back. Today I had abdominal pain and felt like gas trapped and nausea. Haven't passed stool since surgery but have passed some gas today.
