Hey I am considerably underweight and thus, very thin. I feel full after eating very little food. I have always been thin but recently I have lost even more weight. However, I did not suffer from any major disease. This is alarming and I want to gain weight asap. I also feel tired sometimes!
What is the cause of this and what is the probable dietary changes?

Hello..All it takes to gain weight is increasing your daily calorie consumption. Your problem is ur low appetite.
There are certain foods which increase appetite. Make sure to eat protein with each meal and snack. Foods high in protein include eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, meat, poultry, fish, dried peas and beans, nuts, and nut butters. Add oils or butter to cooked vegetables, grains, or protein. Eat healthy and exercise regularly.
